Kosas Concealer Review | What works and What doesn't?

I was so excited to test out the Kosas Revealer concealer because it had so many claims and I am a huge fan of the brand Kosas! I like their more subtle and natural vibe and how easy and quick their products are to use! Now let’s dive into the product review!…WHAT IS SO GREAT AND NOT SO GREAT ABOUT THIS CONCEALER?

Texture - It is very hydrating which I really like! Sometimes concealer can be drying and this is great for those dryer days. It does however setting into the fine lines under your eyes because of how hydrating it is and how much slip the products has. There should always be SOME creasing expected but this creases a good amount even when set with a setting powder! But I would still set it especially if you use it all over your face because it will come off on your clothing.
Wear - This lasts pretty long on the skin but it needs to be set since it is so hydrating! I do like the way it sits throughout the day. It looks really nice but can look really greasy at the end of the day. If you have oily skin I would not recommend this just because it can look shiny and greasy but I do enjoy this concealer.
Great Color Range - This shade range is OK. It has 16 colors that in theory that should all be great and cover a lot of skin tones and shades however these are very yellow in undertone. Even the colors that claim to be neutral come off as super yellow which is not ideal. However if the undertones were fixed it would be a nice shade range.
Coverage - This has decent coverage! It is more medium-light coverage than anything else. They claim this is medium to full coverage but I do not see that. I do like the coverage and it wears really well on natural to no makeup days which is awesome!
Plays well with others - This does not play well with mascaras. Now if you wear mascara on your bottom lashes it is going to run. I tested this with SO MANY mascaras and made sure to set the concealer as well and they all still ran. Not sure why but mascara on the bottom lashes is not the play with this concealer. However if you just wear mascara on the top lashes you will be fine!
Skin Type - This concealer works really well with most skin types however I do feel like if you have oily skin this might not work so well because it has a lot of slip to it.
How Skin Looks - This is really nice and sits on the skin nicely! It definitely gives the skin a glow and I would recommend setting it so you don’t look like a greasy mess by the end of the day!
